News from Passman & Kaplan: Both of Passman & Kaplan‘s Founding Principals have been recently interviewed in the press.
P&K Founding Principal Edward H. Passman was interviewed by Politico concerning the White House’s direction to certain managers to refuse to testify in defiance of Congressional subpoenas. The subpoenaed manager at issue was being called to testify in connection with the claims of P&K client Tricia Newbold against the Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, as recently discussed in greater detail in this blog. Ms. Newbold is represented by Mr. Passman.
P&K Founding Principal Joseph V. Kaplan was interviewed by CyberFEDS concerning the legal ramifications of requests to allow the presence of service animals in the workplace as a reasonable accommodation for employees’ disabilities.
