Joseph V. Kaplan, a Passman & Kaplan Founding Principal, will be a presenter at the Society of Federal Employee and Labor Relations Professionals (SFLERP) 44th Symposium on May 18, 2017. Mr. Kaplan, a twice former National President of SFLERP will be speaking on the topic of Employee Privacy in a presentation entitled, “It’s None of Your Business: A Guide to Employee Privacy Rights Regarding EEO Issues.”
